Susan Moroz is the Managing Director of Nationwide Site Security Limited. She joined the board in November 2005 and is based at the Milton Keynes office.

Susan previously worked as the Communications Officer for Welwyn Hatfield Council responsible for public information campaigns and promotions. She also worked for seven years in Public Relations responsible for European and UK marketing for Lloyds Register of Shipping, based in London.

Susan aims to continue the success of Nationwide Site Security Ltd building on existing work and developing new and exciting areas of growth. She encourages a refreshingly transparent approach with an enthusiastic and hands-on management team.

Sylvia Padmos - Contracts Manager



"By working intensly with our guards and clients we constantly explore new and better ways to get the job done." Sylvia Padmos is Contracts Manager in our Milton Keynes office. Sylvia joined the company in January 2007 with the aim to develop new work in the South East of England. She has a former education within the communication spectrum and experience of working with large companies in the utility and health sector as Public Relations and Communications Advisor. She has been responsible for organising events for up to 20,000 attendees. These communication and organisation skills have proven very useful in the setting up and running of various contracts.

Frank Firth MBE - Operations Manager

Francis John Firth MBE is an Operations Manager with Nationwide Site Security office in Liverpool. He joined the company in August 2007.

Francis was previously with Reliance Integrated Services as the Security Manager at the Merseyside Headquarters of the Health & Safety Executive in Bootle. Francis is qualified ACS and Site Security Risk & Welfare Auditor. He also received training as an Internal Environmental Management Systems auditor.

Previously Francis was a serving Police Officer with Merseyside Police, achieving the rank of Inspector. He served 33 years in the Police Service and in his last 5 years he performed the role of Neighbourhood Inspector at Kirkby in Knowsley, Merseyside for which he was awarded the MBE for his contribution to Policing.

Christina Wilkinson - General Manager

Christina's involvement with the security business commenced in 1998 following a successful career in Sales and Information Technology. Her knowledge and skills preparing her for Security were honed as she experienced roles as a Commercial Manager, Welfare Manager and subsequently as a frontline Operations Manager. She took over the reins as General Manager in 2001 with overall responsibility for the North West Based Operation with its particular focus on Merseyside. Christina has developed the business, which now has in excess of 120 employees and includes the use of security and specialist search dogs.

Danielle Walker - Operations Manager

Danielle was appointed as Operations Manager in 2004. In addition to that role she has been responsible for training and ensuring compliance with SIA licensing requirements running parallel with achieving and retention of the prestigious Approved Contractor Status. She has also focused on the Company involvement in the security measures demaned by the International Ship and Port Facility Code (ISPS). She is also trained to the high standard to qualify as a Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) under the ISPS Code working in partnership with the Port of Liverpool Police.
