24 Hour
Communication Centre
No matter what their role, every
one of our Security Officers is in
immediate contact with our NSI
Gold control room and carries out
hourly coded check-calls. If
the call is missed, the Duty
Manager is alarmed and can then
find out why. Should
it be an incident, he/she will
call on the full resources of our
organisation, or immediately
contact the emergency services.
